It would be difficult to picture any everlasting pea that would be ugly, but it is easy to imagine that some could be lovelier than others, and there are certain situations where flowers of one color would be preferred. This variety albus, grandiflorus albus, The Pearl, etc., in whites, and Pink Beauty, in pleasing pink, have added charm because they can be planted in definite color schemes with the knowledge that they will not spoil one’s plans by producing jarring notes. Experienced gardeners do not have to be reminded that these color selections cannot be picked up in every nursery.
